This is the work I did for my employers.

2023 - Present Databook

As a UX Senior Designer at Databook, my role is critical to the success of our products. I am responsible for the entire product design process, from ideation to creation to delivery to metrics. My focus is on creating engaging, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces that solve complex problems. I work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure that our products are well-designed and meet the needs of our target audience.

As a Designer, collaboration is key to my approach. I enjoy working with other designers and value their input and perspectives. I believe that collaboration leads to better design solutions and ensures that our products are well-designed and meet the needs of our target audience.

In addition to collaborating with other designers, I also work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure that our design solutions are feasible and meet business objectives. By working collaboratively across teams, we are able to create products that are well-designed, user-friendly, and drive business success.

One of the key aspects of my role is managing both the problem space and the solution space. This requires me to have a deep understanding of user needs and pain points, as well as the ability to translate those insights into actionable design solutions. I am comfortable with ambiguity and complexity, as many of the problems we are solving are not straightforward.

System thinking is another important aspect of my role. I consider the entire user journey and ensure that the product design is consistent across all touchpoints. This includes everything from the initial onboarding experience to the ongoing use of the product. My ability to think holistically about the user experience is critical in creating products that are not only functional but also delightful to use.

Finally, my role as a UX Senior Designer at Databook requires me to be a problem solver. I am able to identify and diagnose problems, develop creative solutions, and iterate quickly based on user feedback. I am comfortable with experimentation and able to pivot when necessary. My ability to solve complex problems is essential in creating products that meet the needs of users and drive business success.

2019 - 2022 Billups

The Out of home marketing (OOH) is a nish within the marketing industry and Billups is the lead company. The goal is to sell well planned campaigns and make them successful for our clients, brands and agencies. The industry is not well digitalized and when I came onboard, I realized I stumbled upon a challenging problem that no one had solved well and many have failed before.

I worked with 3 PM's and I especially liked working with the Technical PM in research and discovering user problems. I also became a UX Product Manager a year after since I was taking the initiative of working on the holistic Vision App. I was able to influence the team that we needed to fail in the design phase and not in the implementation phase, then I was able to create prototypes to test our hypothesis. That made us more efficient and more confident in our decisions.

One of my best experiences was working with the Director, we both had great creative and productive conversations when working on specific architectural data and UX flows. I started to think conceptually on the holistic solution of the ecosystem while maintaining the current Web App tool. I love to document my thinking and my research so others understand the solutions I am proposing.

I started working on the DSP Vision App by thinking first on the concepts and fundamentals. And then I was able to group the needs and features for those high level concepts. At that point I was able to conceptually explain the holistic solution of the app and how it would work with prototypes. I also thought about the scalability problem for the Vision App, so the UI can be used in multiple screens throughout the user flow. I also created a Design System for the Platform.

I am very happy to have learned a lot throughout this experience and that has allowed me to be confident in my process and the skills I have built professionally. I love to solve complex problems!

Currently working at Billups creating a new ecosystem of tools for 3 user types.

2018 - 2019 Vacasa

Senior Product UX Designer

Vacasa had entered the Real Estate market and we had to create an MVP for Agents so they can deliver financial estimations to their investors. Our goal was to increase Property Management with contracts and we were targeting this project to Agents. I was responsible to create interviews, map flows, wireframes, validate designs with usertesting.com, create prototypes in inVision, create a design system for patterns and components, as well as UX deliverables for engineers.

2017 - 2018 Cvent

Senior UX Designer

At Cvent, I was responsible for designing the vision of the product's Cvent mobile app as well as maintaining the current product by adding new features. I loved creating the future vision of the product and documenting my research using personas, mental models, user flows, maps and schemas. Also I worked on the initiative improvements on the existing product when adding new features, which I did A/B testing with prototypes and gathered user feedback to validate assumptions.
